Things aren't looking so good for Microsoft in 2009 but we'll see what happens. I mean they haven't announced any big games for next year. Only expansion packs and probably another one of those desperate price cuts.

Alan Wake is a PC game. They've never shown the game running on 360 hardware. Why? They haven't started working on the ugly 360 port. And no, it's not getting much hype either. Not to mention they delayed it to 2010 lol.

Please tell me you're joking. You DO know that they said Gears of War invented the 3rd person cover system right? You DO know that they said Lips was going to kill SingStar right? You DO know that they said they're winning in Europe when they're clearly losing every week to Sony, right? You DO know that the only way Microsoft was able to sell that many 360's was by creating the RROD right?
Best looking sandbox / platformer / action title I've seen on consoles. The city they've been showing us is gigantic according to Sucker Punch so I'll be fooling around killing zapping random people on the streets instead of rushing through the story. :)

Wow I didn't think PES 2009 would be selling so well. The biggest hardware + software sales boost for the PS3 will happen when Sony + Sega launch the Yakuza 3 bundle. Yakuza 3 is pretty famous in Japan and it sells VERY, very well.
I doubt those are in-game but if they are then I have to say it looks better than the PC version.
I'm a PS3 fanboy but I'm sorry to say that IF this happens it'll be game over for both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 in Japan. Dragon Quest is bigger than Final Fantasy and Monster Hunter over there.
Halo 3 is a much better game than Gears of War 2 so I'm not at all surprised to see that more people would rather be playing Halo.
It really annoys me when people post crap quality screen shots like these. Just wait until tomorrow for 6 new, never-before-seen single player levels with plant life in one of them. OOPS I BROKE THE NDA! LOL! Sue me.
